Everything you need to know
A guided tour of Nevika Labs — booking, reports, AI insights, payments, family profiles and more.
1. Pick the right profile
Use the profile switcher in the top-right to choose who the booking is for. Add spouse, parents, or children via Family — every profile gets its own reports, AI insights, bookings and WhatsApp updates.
2. Build your test cart
Browse 389+ tests across Pathology, Genomics, Sonography and Cardiac. Use category tabs or search by name. Add tests to your cart in the right-rail summary; the total updates live.
3. Schedule and pick mode
Pick a date and time slot, then choose Home Collection (we send a phlebotomist) or Lab Visit. Sonography is lab-visit only. Add an address for home collection.
4. Pay securely
Pay via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking in INR). Stripe is available as a backup. We never store card details — payment is processed by the gateway.
5. Get WhatsApp + email confirmation
You'll receive a booking confirmation, a 6-digit booking PIN on WhatsApp from 918108888330, and a premium email from noreply@nevikacura.com with your itemised receipt. Share the PIN with the phlebotomist or at the lab on arrival.
6. Upload past reports (optional)
Drop any old lab PDF or paste text on the Upload page. Our AI extracts biomarkers, plots trends, and writes a personalised health summary.
7. Get AI insights
Every report includes a health score, biomarker flags (LOW / NORMAL / HIGH), key findings, lifestyle and follow-up recommendations, and a clear disclaimer. Regenerate insights anytime.
